GIFT VOUCHER CONDITIONS
In addition to the General Terms and Conditions, these Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions apply to the gift vouchers offered by VOF De Menner, hereinafter referred to as The Carriagedriver. By using the gift voucher, you agree to the applicability of the applicable terms and conditions and undertake to comply with them. These conditions apply to gift vouchers which are offered by The Carriagedriver.

1. Each gift voucher is provided with a unique code. This is a combination of numbers and/or letters. Each gift voucher / code is provided only once. You must keep the gift voucher and the code carefully. In case of theft (including the use by unauthorized third parties of the code) or loss of the gift certificate there will be no compensation. Only original gift certificates and codes can be used and must be provided upon request. The Carriagedriver reserves the right to accept a gift certificate only after receipt of the original gift certificate and in case of improper use to still require payment in cash.

2. Gift vouchers issued by The Carriagedriver are only redeemable with respect to purchases at the relevant web store, i.e. www.thecarriagedriveronline.com.

3. In order to use a gift voucher in the web shop you have to place your selected products in the “shopping cart”. During the ordering process, then enter the exact code within the discount code box and click apply. To use the gift certificate in the driving store, you can hand it over at checkout.

4. The nature, value, duration, expiration date and/or any applicable other specific terms of use can be found on the gift certificate. Each gift certificate is valid until the one year after the mentioned issue date. After the expiration date the gift voucher can no longer be used.

5. The discount amount does not apply to shipping costs.

6. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

7. If the total amount of the order is higher than the value of the used gift certificate (s), the remaining amount can be paid through another payment method (through Paypal/Creditcard, prepayment or cash).

8. It is not allowed gift vouchers or the operation thereof to change, to falsify, to undermine or otherwise to affect (including hacking).

9. Each (attempted) fraud or other unauthorized act is registered and leads to the denial of the use of gift vouchers.

10. It is not permitted to use gift vouchers in any way for commercial purposes and / or other purposes than for which they have been issued.

11. These Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. We advise you to consult the Gift Voucher Conditions each time before using a gift voucher. You continue to use gift vouchers after effectuation of the modifications, then you accept thereby the modified gift voucher conditions.

12. If you have questions or remarks about the use of the gift vouchers or problems with the exchange let us know as soon as possible by contacting info@demenner.nl . The Carriagedriver will treat your question as soon as possible.

13. Your data will be processed and included in our customer database in accordance with the objective as registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. You have the right to inspect and correct your data. The data you provide may be used for our own marketing and promotional purposes as well as for offers from carefully selected third parties. If you do not wish your personal data to be used for the above-mentioned purposes, please inform us in writing.

14. Furthermore, our General Terms and Conditions apply, upon request we will send you a copy. Changes reserved.
